The quality of the pieces improves every time we make a new one, and they fit quite snugly already.
Lacking some edging though. Still can see a lot of the gimpy miscolored "practice" tiles too. John W took home a good stack of printed cardstock to work on.
He also has a deal lined up to use someones wax jet printer for about 100 copies, which should provide enough finished pieces of the most excellent kind. Really cool stuff!
The goal is to produce enough pieces to fill at least 3 1x3' masterboards which will be covered in magnetic sheets. Individual tiles and walls will be fitted with flat washers on the bottom turning them into reverse fridge magnets. This combination will be strong but mobile. The map can be arranged around the table, cleared, and quickly setup again as players move through an area.
